Dr Weibiao Zhou He is a professor and Director of the Department of Food Science and Technology at the National University of Singapore (flicker). He is a member of the Board of the Singapore Agri-Food and Veterinary Administration (AVA), a member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (Aifst), a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) (UK), a member of the Singapore Committee on Food Standards and a member of the editorial boards of 8 scientific-indexed journals. Educated in China and Australia, he has held various important positions in many organizations in Australia, Canada, China, France and the United States. With more than 30 years of research experience and more than 200 scientific papers, his research interests and experience in food engineering and the food industry, especially in food preparation processes, dairy processes, drying, functional food products, innovative intelligent technologies, Process modeling, optimization and control.
