Sébastien Villeneuve, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
Dr. Sébastien Villeneuve Research Associate in Food Process Development at Agri-Food Canada, a Food Research and Development center in Saint Hyacinthe. He graduated ветки метро CПб from the Faculty of Food Industry of Laval University in 1997. He graduated with a master's degree in agri-food life and a doctorate that Laval University needs. Dr. Villeneuve conducts two different areas of work: (1) determining the influence of production conditions on the properties of food products and the stability of biologically active substances.; (2) development of tools to assess risks and improve safety in the food distribution chain.
