Feral Temelli Is a professor of Food Process Technology in the Department of Agriculture, Food and nutrition at the University of Alberta, Canada. He received a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a master's degree in food engineering from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey, followed by a doctorate in food science from the University of Florida, USA. His research program focuses on harnessing Canada's process of separating value-added goods and transforming lives. The use of supercritical carbon dioxide technology is focused on lipid and nutraceutical parts includes a variety of activities, including extraction, fractionation, as, membrane separation and particle formation system, to develop a new technological process based on knowledge of the basics. Another important area of corn fractionation, where old and new approaches to the separation of grain components are used. She is a member of the editorial board of the magazine "supercritical fluids".
