Sudhir Sastry, The Ohio State University (Columbus), USA

Dr. Sudhir Sastry he is a professor in the Department of Food, Agriculture and biological engineering at Ohio State University. He earned a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology; and his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. He was on the Faculty of Pennsylvania State University for seven years until joining Ohio State in 1987.annum. He spent a gap year with Nestlé in 1997. -98. His research interests include ohmic heating, aseptic, high pressure and pulsed electric field (PEF) process, authority of moderate electric field biological materials, and safety of fresh produce.
