Levente Diosady, University of Toronto, Canada
Levente L. Diosady he is a professor of food marketing at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Applied Therapy in the Classroom. His current research interests are oilseed processing, membrane processes and the incorporation of food micronutrients. He is the author of 120 + law publications, 17 patents. He supervised 90 + graduate. 14 its students PDF’s are professors on four continents.
He is a Fellow of the Chemical Institute of Canada, the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology, the American Oil Chemists Society, the International Academy of Food Science and Technology, the Hungarian and Canadian Academies Programme. He received the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, and is a member of the Order of Ontario, the province’s highest civilian honor.
