Thierry Bénézech, UMET, INRA-PIHM, France

Dr Thierry  Bénézech He is the Research Director of the National Institute of Agricultural Research (INRA) in Villeneuve-d Ascq, France. His research focuses on improving health conditions in the agro-industrial complex by controlling the cleaning of куда сходить в баку surfaces contaminated with food and microbial biofilms, especially from intact, and everything related to design of equipment and process lines (fluid mechanics, microbiologia, surface properties). It also has several European projects (networks or joint actions) and now coordinates the joint project Susclean FP7 (www.susclean.eu ), dedicated to the film the food industry, which produces new products, in order to reduce the chlorine content and mitigate the effects of water use. He is a member of the COST action BacFoodNet and member of the European Hygienic Engineering Group (French Part of the Country, and on-site cleaning of the working group).
